With Notting Hill Gate tube less than 5 min walk away and Kensington Gardens just 10 mins, there’s so many options for exploring by foot.

Notting Hill is renowned for its diversity which is reflected in its food offerings boasting some of the capital’s most sought-after eateries, from Spanish and Italian to Japanese and Scandi. For British ingredients farm-to-table try Clarke’s, or if you prefer Michelin stars, Core is one of the UK’s best dining experiences. Run by Clare Smyth the first female chef in the UK to hold three Michelin stars, Clare offers a fine dining establishment set in an elegant period building with a highly technical but playful menu. Don’t get us started on crafted cocktail establishments.

What is there not to do!? Every Saturday Portobello Road becomes the largest street market in the world, complimented by great pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants. Go for a run in the wide-open green spaces of Hyde Park, or get a cultural fix at Serpentine Gallery or music at Notting Hill Arts Club. You can browse the high-end boutiques of Westbourne Grove, or enjoy a film in a comfy armchair at the Eclectic Cinema.
